UMID Project Launch Event

WHERE WE WILL MEET:

• We will meet at Ives Park, where volunteers will help set up tables and large boxes to collect books and supplies. The park will split into different stations that will either collect supplies and books from car drop-offs, organize and separate supplies and books, and a station that will neatly place assorted items into boxes.

WHAT WE RECOMMEND TO BRING:

• Please bring comfortable clothes, shoes, and masks if needed for personal circumstances.
• We will supply all the necessary supplies to gather books and supplies, but bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• We might provide small snacks or other food items during the event.

WEATHER ISSUES:

• If the forecast calls for extreme weather, the event will be postponed till a future date.
